The Risk of Damage:
Although we ensure that the goods are transferred to the freight carrier safely. However, in case of any damage or loss of goods upon the delivery, the customer shall not accept the order. Once accepted, the company will not be responsible for the damage or any loss.
Shipping and Delivery:
Our shipping timing for orders DELIVERY vary within PAKISTAN from same day delivery to 5 working days or it will be informed on the order confirmation, any delays will be informed accordingly, or if not informed it may be because of no communication (Email / Phone) working or defined. Delivery time varies based on factors such as the city of order origination, stock availability and payment transfers.
False Details and Fake Orders:
GrabNGlow warns each individual not to give false details or details of another person on behalf of that person. In case of a fraudulent order or unreliable information, the order will be reversed, and the person would be held liable for the cancellation of the order.
